The word Idealism is derived from the Greek word 'Idein' which means to see. Prof. Hoernle, in his book 'Idealism, as a Philosophical Doctrine' pointed out the term ''Idealism'' which derived from two distinct sources. On the one hand, it comes from the word 'Idea, on the other hand from 'Ideal'.
