About Sarkari Exam
Sarkari exams are government related exams.
They are exams to serve the country in many forms.
They include exams within the state like KAS for Karnataka and PAS for Punjab
state. In India, there are few government exams such as UPSC exams which
includes IAS, IPS, IFS, IRS. The latest exams are IBPS-PO, SBI-Clerk, RRB, SSC,
Railway Exams, HSSC and many more.
The in-state exams are conducted once in a few
years whereas the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exams are conducted
every year. Sarkari jobs hold a major
advantage of getting a pension after retirement and other benefits include
loans, insurance, and medical facilities.

Eligibility Criteria
There are many categories of people applying
for many types of Sarkari exams. There are many eligibility criteria to apply
for these exams. To give these exams people need a lot of dedication, time, preparation
and patience. It needs a lot of preparation, concentration, hard work and
complete effort for at least two years.

IFS are posted according to the ranks they secure. They need to prepare
themselves completely before they appear for the exams.

Any person
who have completed a Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree by a university
established by laws in India?

They should
be between 21-35 years of age. Only then they are eligible to take up the test.

The
examinations are usually in English or any other scheduled languages of India.
●
The
students are tested on many subjects, writing, and general knowledge.

Civil
services are offered once every year in India and other state exams are
conducted after the decision of the particular state.
About one million people applied for these
exams in 2017. The best universities to prepare for the exams are found at
Delhi and other state exams in their particular states. For Sarkari admit card, the online forms or applications are
available and have to be applied a month prior to the exam date.
Postings
UPSC exams have three levels of testing, to
become an officer. The first level of examination is the preliminary exams,
then the mains exam which is all pen and paper exams and finally they will
have a personal interview and medical/physical tests.
People who belong to the general category will
have 5 attempts, OBC’s have around 9 attempts and people who belong to the SCST
have an advantage of unlimited attempts.
Once the exams are cleared they become officers and get posted at a particular state. Once they are posted in a state, his/her posting would be at the discretion of the state government.

Keeping our focus on UPSC exams, the admit cards will be provided online after filling up all the details and paying the
minimal examination fee. This fee differs from category to category. For 2019
examinations, the candidates appearing for the exam could print their online
admit card which was available on 27th May for the exam conducted on
2nd June.
Most of the Sarkari exams will be conducted in
the months of June or July and their results might be at the mid of August. All
the exams will have a similar procedure. The application requires the past
certificate of 10th grade, 12th grade and degree results,
a photo of the candidate and general personal information.
